Mr. Irving joined CTLGroup in December 2008. He brings more than 20 years of engineering and sales experience, and with that an understanding of how to effectively identify and meet client needs. His primary engineering experience is in product development and testing railroad components to specification. At CTLGroup, Mr. Irving concentrates on growing and serving clients in the transportation, trucking and tailroad markets.
